Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Flat rate shipping of $4.99 applies to all domestic orders under $50.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day. However, some may be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Please note: It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
How much is shipping?
Orders $50 and over (pre-tax): Free USPS or UPS shipping (2–5 business days)
Orders under $50: Flat rate $4.99 shipping
Expedited shipping: Available upon request at an additional charge
Domestic Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Texas as required by law.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
However, international shipping is on our roadmap. Stay tuned as we expand to serve our global brides-to-be.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, Château Perle is not liable for the delay or loss. Resolving address issues can take up to 3 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, email info@chateauperle.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us right away at info@chateauperle.com.
Can I return my purchase?
We hope you adore your Château Perle piece. But if not, we’re happy to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Return shipping is on us, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if something is missing, incorrect, or damaged?
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us at info@chateauperle.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your packing slip and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
