Refund & Return Policy

At Château Perle, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your bridal accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on eligible items under the policy below.

To Start a Return

Email us at info@chateauperle.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return Window & Eligibility

We gladly offer store credit or a refund for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Free of damage or signs of wear
  • Returned with tags and accessories (if applicable)

Unopened products in original packaging may also be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@chateauperle.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to complete a return and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction.
